We ship all orders through trusted courier partners to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for our customers across India.
1. Shipping Coverage
Perfuminate currently ships only within India.
We deliver to most major cities and towns through reputable courier partners.
If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to find the best possible solution.
2. Order Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• During high-demand periods (such as sales or festive seasons), processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with tracking details.
3. Delivery Time
• Standard delivery time is 1–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
• Metro cities usually receive deliveries faster, while remote or rural areas may take longer.
Perfuminate will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier issues, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping may be offered on select products or orders above a certain value (as specified on our Website).
• For orders below that value, a nominal delivery fee may apply, which will be shown at checkout before payment.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
• A tracking ID and courier partner name via email or WhatsApp.
• A link to track your shipment’s live status.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please inform us within 24 hours at [email protected].
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a parcel that appears tampered with, opened, or damaged:
• Please do not accept the delivery.
• Immediately inform us at [email protected] with photos or videos of the package.
We will coordinate with our courier partner and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Undelivered or Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Unreachable contact number
• Repeated failed delivery attempts
We can re-ship the order once the issue is resolved. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
8. Partial COD Policy
- The ₹300 advance payment is mandatory for all COD orders.
- This advance amount will be adjusted against the final order value.
- The ₹300 advance payment is non-refundable if:
- The customer refuses to accept the parcel.
- The delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer.
- The customer is unreachable at the time of delivery.
- The parcel is returned due to repeated failed delivery attempts.
- The customer cancels the order after dispatch.
- The advance amount will only be refunded if:
- The ordered product is unavailable from our end.
- The order cannot be shipped due to an issue from our side.
- The order is cancelled by us for any unforeseen reason.
• By placing a COD order on our website, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
