At Perfuminate, we take great pride in offering 100% authentic and sealed perfumes sourced from trusted suppliers. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure every purchase meets your expectations.
As perfumes are hygiene-sensitive products, returns and refunds are accepted only under specific conditions described below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
• You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• You inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with supporting photos or videos of the product and packaging.
To qualify for a return:
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
• The return request must include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
• If the perfume has been opened, tested, or used.
• If the original packaging, seal, or cellophane is tamperedwith or missing.
• If the return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
• If the product was purchased during a clearance sale or marked as non-returnable on the website.
3. Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
1. You will receive return instructions via email.
2. Please pack the product securely in its original box.
3. We will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (where available) or request you to ship it back to us.
Perfuminate reserves the right to reject a return if the item received does not meet the eligibility criteria above.
4. Refund Process
• After the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used at checkout.
• If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue the refund through a bank transfer or UPI after verification.
You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect perfume:
• Please record an unboxing video before opening the package.
• Send the video and clear photos to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
This helps us validate your claim quickly and arrange a replacement or refund without delay.
6. Order Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
• In case of a successful cancellation, refunds (if any) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
