1. Return Window
You may initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your product by emailing [email protected] or calling +91 92208 11151.
2. Conditions for Return
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (invoice/order number).
- Return pickup will be arranged if eligible; otherwise, we may ask you to courier it to our return address.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Perfumes that are used, opened, or damaged
- Personalized/engraved products
- Promotional items or freebies
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you.
- If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer after verification within 7 business days.
5. Refund Rejections
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the product is not returned in acceptable condition or is found tampered with.
6. Shipping Policy
All orders should be delivered with 7-10 business days to end coustmer.
