Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 5 May 2025

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been dispatched by contacting us at [email protected] or +91 92208 11151.
• Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return.
• You can raise a request of cancellation with 2 hrs because after 2 hours we are preaparing the order for dispatch once dispatch we are not able to cancel the order.

2. Order Cancellation by Perfuminate

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Unavailability of stock
• Payment failure
• Incomplete or fraudulent information

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

• If the payment was made online, the refund will be credited to the original payment source within 7 business days.
• You will be notified via email/SMS once the cancellation is confirmed.
